Dr. Linda Rouel

I got fired from my job on a 6/30 after having only a phone visit not even an in person visit (she refuses in person) on 6/28. This "doctor" had not even put her referral in for me until 7/3. I haven't been able to walk since 6/20 and now through multiple xrays seeing the growth on my bone has gotten bigger and I'm still waiting for an MRI. Also broke another bone today. Not that she would care. I couldn't walk and she still wouldn't see me and waited too long to put the referral in. Now I'm being evicted from my home I was buying and still can't walk. It is now 8/12.

Dr. Linda is disprespectful and incompetent. Even her staff are very rude. They would argue with you if they need to. I had some paperwork that I needed to be signed ASAP lne Friday and told she can’t complete it that day and she was going to drop her son off at the airport which I totally understand and left the paperworks and was told to come back the following Monday. So I came back and paperwork isn’t still done. They told me it should be done that day or tomorrow and they were gonna call me back but they never did. And i came back today which is a Thursday and it is still not done. She said it was too much information to fill up. So i took the paperworks back and she hasn’t even started it yet. She do not do her job and she gave me a bad attitude. So if you are using Tricare do not come here.

I am not sure where all the five star reviews are coming from... My second appointment there had to be booked weeks in advance. When I got there I was given new patient paperwork (when I called for appointment the phone was answered with just a hello) so I arrive for second appointment they had no record of me had to prove I'd been there before with previous blood work paperwork. It has been a couple of weeks and I have left messages requesting test results and referral to obgyn as it's a pregnancy matter with no response. I will call again this morning but begin my search without referral I guess. Very dissatisfied... I don't generally do bad reviews cause everyone has a bad days but this is a continuous cycle it seems to me

Dr. Linda Rouel is very considerable, professional, and caring in her manner. She spends as much time as you needed, never feel rushed, she makes you feel so comfortable, like visiting a good friend. Dr. Linda has an exception sense of responsibility towards her patients

DR. LINDA TAKES THE TIME TO LISTEN TO ANY AND EVERYTHING YOU WOULD WANT TO TALK ABOUT. NOT JUST YOUR MEDICAL PROBLEMS, BUT LIFE PROBLEMS. YOU KNOW SHE CARES WHEN SHE CRYS WITH YOU, AND YOU ARE NEVER RUSHED IN HER OFFICE. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL PEOPLE TO HER OFFICE, AND HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF A RESPONCE BACK FROM THEM (TWO THUMBDS UP) EVERY TIME GOOD JOB DOCTOR

Dr. Rouel asks good questions to help figure out what the problem is. She gives good feedback and listens carefully. I found when I asked for explanations of things she was patient and helpful in her answers. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a doctor. I am much happier now that I have switched to Dr. Rouel!

Attentive, and asks good questions to help with treating the issue. Also was patient in explaining answers to my questions. A very good doctor.
