Dr. M Linda Thompson, MD

Feeling absolutely fortunate that we found Dr. Thompson. She is an excellent professional, caring, listening, understanding the patient, amazing knowledge and experience. She is and excellent doctor for us, for our kids (17, 23, 25) and parents (70, 72). We are so lucky to have her as our Family physician.

I found Dr. Thompson to be an excellent and thorough doctor, but unfortunately her office has made it impossible for me to continue with Dr. Thompson as my PCP. They made a billing mistake, refused to correct it, and blamed my insurance. When I called my insurance, it became clear that it was the billing office's mistake. Then Dr. Thompson's office came up with several different excuses not to correct the billing mistake, finally telling me that I was questioning the doctor (although I repeatedly said I just wanted to understand the bill) and that I would "never find another more thorough doctor". Dr. Thompson is excellent, but the DC metro area is not small, so such statements are ludicrous.

Dr. Thompson is a thorough, empathic, knowledgable physician who is able to form a comfortable alliance with adults of all ages. She has been wonderful with my 22 and 20 yr old "children", leaving both of them comfortable to see her whenever necessary. She takes her time, listens, asks questions, and remains available for follow up issues as needed. She is an excellent physician.

Great Doctor and great person.

She literally spends an hour with each patient, showing she really cares. She is thorough, finding a suspicious growth that turned out to be early cancer. Shen then pulled strings to get me an appointment with a surgeon within days. She calls promptly whenever test results come in. Best doctor I've ever had.

A wonderful doctor. She cares and will spend as much time as you need.
