For most of the treatment everything was wonderful. Towards the end the treatment got a little sloppy. Pt accused of not bringing a tray that was not known to be necessary at the time,. The permanent device was placed on in addition to advising to wear clear orthodontic device on top. As a result, the pt now has an overbite to be corrected. Upon asking for dental advice immediate for correction Dr Eckert had not much to say. Additional charges have been made for bands to correct the over bite. The one particular receptionist up front is rude, unprofessional and provoking. Please do your research before coming here. If your treatment plan goes awry to any degree, you will be accused and charged to correct. Taking responsibility and fixing things is a great resolution and is the opposite of telling a pt they don't pay attention and it's their fault. Pt discovered a dip in one of the front teeth after a procedure and the dentist(Eckert) never noticed until pt mentioned it visits… later. Dentist then corrected but over bite still in progress.
