Dr Newlon is the only provider I see at Island Health. She has my full confidence and is never in a rush.

Listening and didn't rush and let me talk. Felt heard and showed concern

Zero if I could. Did not show up to an appointment. Still is charging for it. Did not listen to my concerns. Failed to submit a necessary referral to a high risk pregnancy specialist, resulting in the early birth/death of my daughter. Submitted it the day after her passing just to cover her tracks. What a slap in the face. Unprofessional, and very carefree for your concerns. Would not recommend to anyone.

On two occasions the Dr. did not show up for my child's appt. Botched a skin issue she had and ignored another concern I had asked about. Do not recommend.

I recently had a new patient meeting with doctor Newlon and was very impressed. She appears to focus on all of the things that I feel are important for leading a natural healthy lifestyle. I look forward to future visits to monitor my healthy living choices.
