I love my doctor she has gone above and beyond to care for me! The staff is totally amazing!!

My only complaint is that the wait time once you get to the office is long. I had a 3:00 apt and it was 4:00 before I got called back.

Bedside manner is unprofessional. Does not let patient talk. I would rate this doctor as the worst doctor I have ever seen.

I have been seeing Dr Smith for over a year.She insists that I have 6 mos appts for thyroid checks in order to receive my meds.Then after making the appt 6 mos out ,they called the week before and wanted to reschedule it because she had to go out of town.It is very hard for me to get time off work and I had to rearrange my schedule for her schedule for an appt that I think is unnecessary to begin with.Every other Dr I have seen gives me Thyroid meds for 1 yr and if I feel poorly I can contact them.Also,the one time I needed to go in for a sick visit, it took 2 hrs and I saw the nurse prac.and Dr Smith for about 30 seconds. I knew I was going to get a secondary illness because I always do when I have a severe virus. My husband had already had bronchitis. I ended up having to go to the emergency clinic 3 days later for an antibiotic.Annoying!! Her bedside manner could improve as well.
