Dr. West is top notch. She truly listens to you and validates your concerns. She did not rush through my appointment and spent the time with me explains everything I needed to know in detail. When I sent a message to her on the portal with concerns late in the evening, she called me the very next morning to address those concerns and put a plan in place to help ease my anxiety. Very grateful I have this amazing doctor caring for me through this scary time in my life. Also, the receptionist that checked me in at Baystate Gynecologic Oncology was so kind, caring and helpful which really helped ease my anxiety about having to visit this office due to a recent diagnosis.

I did have Dr Hoffman before her, I was worried that I wouldn’t be comfortable. With a another Dr, Dr West makes me feel secure with the way she explains everything and she is very knowledgeable,I will miss Dr Hoffman,I am very satisfied with Dr West.
