Summary
In September 2013 I had the very fortunate opportunity to move to Fort Collins, CO where I have joined a dental team which holds the same philosophy in treating patients as myself. I am proud to have become a member of a fundamentally sound, yet progressive practice focused on a patient-centered approach to providing care. We strive to go above and beyond in providing our patients with the education and attention they need to make important health decisions which align with them as individuals.
While in Iowa, I had the opportunity to have more intensive training in my fellowship while working with a very diverse and complex population. The complexity of these geriatric cases has become increasingly difficult as more people are keeping their natural teeth for a longer period of their lives, and the treatment of this patient group requires an in depth knowledge of their medical and social history. This patient group benefits from a more holistic attitude to dental care which is …sometimes disregarded when treating younger, healthy patients. For this reason, I embrace the holistic approach to meet the challenges of caring for this population and the creative thinking required to best accommodate the needs of our patients.
As I navigated through the challenges of difficult patient cases as a Visiting Assistant Professor, I received direction from my mentors to understand the reasoning behind providing dental care. It was inspirational to be part of the exemplary care and empathy that is provided to our patients in the Geriatric and Special Needs Clinic. Now I am fortunate to have found a team where I can experience a similar feeling of pride in the work we provide. I became the practice co-owner in October of 2014.

Ensuring Data Transparency and Trust: A Guide to Vitals Doctor Listings and Reviews
Our provider data is gathered directly from physicians and publicly available databases. Providers who verify their profiles gain the ability to update information, offering additional details about their specialties, education, treated conditions, performed procedures, and accepted insurances.
Reviews on Vitals are submitted by users only. Recognizing the valuable insights these reviews offer into a doctor's reputation, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Importantly, providers cannot delete or alter reviews independently. Reviews can only be deleted or changed following an internal assessment by our customer service team.
Your feedback is highly valued and we encourage you to contact our support team should you encounter any issues.
