I was referred to MNGI from my primary doctor regarding two colonoscopy results in the 12 months. There was no discussion and zero questions whatsoever about my GI issues, my initial pain and symptoms leading to early colonoscopies, and no GI discussion at all. The provider I saw zeroed in on my initial question about when I need to follow up with additional colonoscopies, and she wasn't able to answer that. Instead, she told me she'd follow up with a doctor and get back to me in a day. It's been over 10 days, and I have yet to hear back.
