Dr. Ling Yu

I had an eye exam with this female Doctor at WalMart Plesant Hill vision center. I have seen many eye Doctors in the past. But, she is the only worst Eyes Doctor I have ever seen. She showed no respect for the patient and this is very surprised me because all the Doctors I have seen, They will always treat me with respect. if it is a female Doctor, it will be much nicer on top of respect. I do not know why she is so arrangant and treat me very rudely. The way she treat a patient is more like treating an animal or machine. No greeting when she entered the room with me and attitude is very rude. One of my eyes suffered some kind of stress three years ago and that's the reason it degraded the vision. I tried to tell the history. But, she interrupted me during my narrative and rudely said that she did not need to know that. Almost all the Doctors including eyes Doctors will ask me what is history of my health issues. I do not understand why she did not want to know the cause of my eyes… issues in the past. She want to dilute my eyes for my vision check. But, she used the eyes three drops on each of my eyes while all my past eyes Doctors only used one drop in each eyes. The consequences is that my eyes blurred for many hours while in the past, it only took about one hour or so to recover my eyes blur after dilute them. I do not understand why she used so many drops. I will NOT recommand this Doctor to anybody. If you can find some other Doctors, go to other office to find a better Doctor.
