I was referred to Dr. Chuang for a hysterectomy, and when you hear ONCOLOGIST the fear is crippling. I had my consult with him, and immediately felt as ease. He is so kind, so caring, and so reassuring. On the day of surgery, he was upbeat, positive and again, put me at ease. During my recovery, he followed up with me, and answered all questions and concerns clearly. He genuinely cares, and I appreciate and respect this man so very much. His office staff and surgical coordinator are wonderful too.

I met Dr. Chuang under circumstances best described as terrifying. I am a nurse who suddenly was given health info that sent me reeling. The trouble with being a nurse is that we know a bit too much and have likely heard every horror story connected to the diagnosis I had been given. Dr. Chuang never wavered . So the most important requirements are knowledge, skill, experience, warmth in presence and easy empathetic identification with the patient experiences. Dr. Chuang has all of these including supportive and skilled office staff.. There are no words for him....medical hero, quiet gentleman, skilled physician, dedicated researcher.....he is all of these to me.

You might have to wait a bit, but that is because when he is with you, he is totally devoted to your care. Also, in his specialty, there are serious emergencies, which may require you to wait a little longer than expected. But this is one of the reasons he is so special. I have followed him from Manhattan to Danbury, and wouldn't dream of seeing a different specialist.

He seemed very nice until there were complications. I felt like he was sarcastic and defensive, angry even, when I tried to talk about my concerns and questions. It was surprising and very upsetting, and so different from when I first consulted with him.

DR LINUS CHUANG IS THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO , HE SAVED MY LIFE IN 2007!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAD A OVARIAN TUMOR, MY DOCTOR THAT I HAD BEEN GOING TO FOR YEARS DID NOT SEE IT. DR CHUANG IS A LIFE SAVER.
