Dr. Linwood Russell Turner, MD

What I really remember about Dr. Turner is when he performed my hysterectomy and I had internal bleeding. He then stayed with me the whole night to make sure I was okay. There were two doctors looking over each other during this particular surgery, and for some reason in recovery started bleeding internally. They took me back to the OR and when they started to proceed reopening my wounds, the bleeding all of a sudden just stopped. He made sure I got the best treatment and for that I am grateful. I had taken ibuprofen pre-surgery and I told him that I think this is what caused the bleeding. Even though I stopped it two weeks before my surgery, it still had an effect on the outcome. I am forever grateful that he took the time to make sure I was out of the woods before he left my side. Now this is a real doctor.
