Felt a little rushed, but overall, great doc and nice nursing staff!

Dr. Henry has been my kids Dr. For 16 years with one 15 years with our middle child and 6 months with our youngest My husband and I can not ask for a better Dr. Than Dr. Henry no matter what time it is we can call him day or night he is always there to answer questions or give advise I remember the first time I seen Dr. Henry when my oldest daughter was a baby I looked at my kids father and said or we sure we're making the right choice well I can say yes we did one of the best choice's we ever made. we love you Dr. Henry

Dr. Henry was wonderful! He did things above the call of duty! One day he came by my house to check on my son! He was caring and is known to be the best fathers in the world for a Doctor! He was never too busy to check on his patients and never too busy to spend time with his own children. This really impressed me! A great Doctor whom needs the support of the parents to do their part! Let us band together Tallahassee and fine positive ways to help our great Doctor with our children!

Just Horrible, do not take your child here!

The first time I meet Dr. Henry I was a 19 year scared girl who was about have a baby and was shopping for a good doctor for my Child. Dr.Henry told me that day that it was not about if or how I paid it was about the health of my child. I knew 30 years ago that this was the man that would take care of my kids and would also advise me through the stage of their life(teenagers). When I called him he called me back. When I needed my children seen he and his staff managed to find a way to see them. Now he is my grandchildrens doctor and I still can call and he will call me back. I owe alot to Dr. Lionel Henry for all the Medical services, sound advice and compassion that he has shown my Children and my Grandchildren. Thank you is not enough to say or to show what you have done for my family. WE LOVE YOU DR. HENRY!

I have had several experiences with Dr. Hendry, unfortunately all have been very unpleasant professionally and there have been a few instances where I have felt that the medical services provided were also below an acceptable standard. 1. His waiting room is dirty and equipped with very old furniture. This set the tone for the rest of the experiences I had with him 2. I was told that I was not to throw any dippers into the trash that I was to take them with me when I left. Seems strange that a pediatrician would not be prepared to deal with dirty dippers in the trash. 3. For the hour I spent in the surprisingly small, dirty and outdated exam room waiting for Dr. Hendry to arrive I had to hold my son because the exam room was not suited for children 4. I was instructed to be 15 minutes early for my appointments. I had an appointment at 2:00 pm one day and arrived at 1:45 to a locked door. The office does not reopen after lunch until 2:00 pm so I stood outside his office… waiting for them to open the door. That was frustrating because it showed no respect for my time at all, they told me to be there but the office was not even open! 5. One time my son was running a fever of 103 degrees F. Having a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry I understand the enormous difference between a fever of 103 versus 101 and the importance of being able to correctly measure a childâ??s body temperature. In our home we have a high quality digital IR thermometer from Amazon.com, which only costs about 30 dollars. When the nurse measured my sonâ??s temperature at 97 degrees F with a 5 dollar low quality CVS thermometer I was amazed at the irresponsibility of the doctorâ??s approach of measuring my sonâ??s temperature. He used a low quality and inaccurate thermometer, as a doctor he should know and do much better that that especially when I fever can be very dangerous. Because of the reasons listed above I find Dr. Hendry contemptuous and unfit to see my son.

The doctor and nurse seemed pleasant and qualified enough, but the office and staff were the worst I've ever seen. No sick waiting area, half the lights were blown out, and staff was rude and unhelpful.

Wonderful Doctor and a great staff. He treated me as a child and now he treats my child.

I love Dr Henry, The Office Manager and The Nurse Erica they are all great the waite time has gotten worse since they hired that Reception person. She takes forever on the phone and will talk your ear off and prior to her arrival the waite time was not quite so bad as it is now. I hope that this can get resolved.
