Dr. Lisa Bernadette Bhagan, MD

I never write reviews, but then again I’ve never had a doctor have to reschedule 80% (conservatively) of my appointments. I schedule my appointments 3 months in advanced, as I too have a schedule to uphold. It’s frustrating to have to reschedule my appointments when they need to be done in a set timeframe. I also work in healthcare and this would be completely unacceptable at my office. I understand having to reschedule an appointment here and there, but nearly every appointment I’ve had with her in the past 2-3 years??? I do not recommend and will be looking for a new ob.

Dr. Bhagan is a very patient and down to earth human being. Even though I am not with her anymore, I have to say she cares as a doctor and she is good at what she does, and that's why patients who come see her grows so big. My only complaint is it's so hard to be seen quickly by her if you have any issue or questions. You appointment is usually more than one and half to two months away. Really wish there are more good gynecologists like her in the South Florida.

Dr Lissa respects her patients she treats them like family. She always wants to be sure that her patients get ?? of her service. To my opinion, if she could she would punch the baby for patients to make it easer for them. May my God always stays with her on her practice. I love you Docteur Lissa!

I went to Dr Bhagan today and I had two huge polyps in my vagina and the endometrium is thick, uterus. She did a biopsy of the uterus and removed the two huge polyps out. I had no complications she is good, quick and very gentle, caring. She seems to love her job and helping people. I also like the privacy in her office. She is very discreet. I did not have any of her assistants watching as she was doing the procedure. She has a very big clean nice office in a good location across the hospital, Jackson. Yes, I definitely would highly recommend her.

When I first visited Dr. Bhagan I thought she was polite and her staff seemed organized. On my second visit I was a few minutes late and she told her staff to have me reschedule after they had already taken my co-pay. Then after a lot of talking they said she would see me. She told me she was taking 2 cultures, but included a 3rd and did not disclose this to me. Instead of calling me when the results were in I found out some awful news through the online portal. I would never recommend her.

What a human being! She is not only a great doctor! She takes her time.to answer questions and explains details. She is very warm and humble! I would recommend her with close eyes!

Dr. Bhagan is the best OBGYN in Miami. She takes time to listen and discuss your issues. Her confidence and knowledge made me feel comfortable despite the complexity of my condition. She is the only doctor who was able to treat me after many years of pain. I am so grateful to have found her. My life has just begun.

Where do I begin to express my deepest emotions about Dr. Bhagan. She is God sent. She will remain forever in my heart, not only as a wonderful doctor but as a beautiful soul. Through my ups and downs in my pregnancy she was my strength and she didn't only see me as a patient but a person. I will never forget her comforting words and encouragement . She walked me through my tough times and brought me the biggest blessing into this world. My daughter Ylani. I never gave up hope because she never let me down. May many blessings come her way. The most amazing doctor ever.

I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon Dr. Bhagan when looking for a new gynocologist. In Miami, it's rare to find a doctor like her who actually takes the time to answer questions and make the patient feel comfortable rather than rushed. On top of having superior bedside manner, she is knowledgeable and confident . Her staff is friendly. Service is prompt. The waiting/exam rooms are clean and modern. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Bhagan was courteous and professional . Her clinical skills and bedside manner are superior. She performed my surgery and I was back to work in three days! I would recommend her to anyone for routine care or any gynecologic problems. Definitely a great surgeon.
