Lisa risked my mom's life by performing a bronchoscopy on a Thursday (Lisa was significantly late to the appointment and flustered due to 'traffic'). and without any follow up, advised that my mom was safe for international travel on the following Sunday. A simple Google search will tell you that she should have waited at least a week before departure, and had a follow up appointment to verify no lasting damage was done during the bronchoscopy. Lisa Bollin did none of this. My mom experienced a medical emergency while in-flight as a direct result of the bronchoscopy (confirmed by doctors at the University of Minnesota, The Mayo Clinic, and hospitals in Thailand) and was hospitalized for 9 days. She very nearly died from the procedure and the resulting sepsis. Mistakes happen. I get that. But Lisa Bollin showed neglect not only during the procedure but for weeks afterwards, neglecting to follow up with any outreach on our end which delayed my mom's treatment, Lisa denied any missteps,… and showed blatant disregard for basic human empathy and dignity. I HIGHLY recommend everyone look elsewhere for health care. I can't imagine you will receive that with Lisa.
