A poorly written one at that.. I switched to Dr. Booth after 6 months with my previous doctor who over a 6 month period had tried selexa, effixer and when thos made me feel horrible she just raised the dosage on my selexa. I switch to Dr. Booth she continues with the SRI's like they are a miracle cure I ended up being on welbutrin, Prozac, when those did not work(they gave me nightmares, night terrors, involuntary muscle spasms, light headedness, insomnia) after all this Dr. Booth says lets try welbutrin. I couldn't believe it I had already tried that once with her once when I was a kid and it made me feel horrible. She had my charts in front of her and didn't know what medicines I had already taken!?!? I am 2 years out of my fight against bone cancer missing a piece of my skull from surgeries, eyes are dried out from radiation, mind and strength sapped it didn't matter just continued to throw anti depressants with me a year of suffering nightmares and she wont stop so I stopped going… to all doctors they are all to scared to even give me a pediatric ambien to sleep it is sad. She told me nothing she could give me when make me feel better. She is a liar I was in the hospital doing chemo for 5 months inpatient couldn't go home and they gave me ambiens and pain meds I felt a lot more comfortable and if it is habit forming who cares!!! I am diagnosed with aggressive bone cancer at 24 of age the survivability rates are poor I wont be around long enough to form a habit most likely and I will take the drug habit that makes me relax over my current habit of throwing myself against the wall daily for surviving that battle and coming out not even a 4th of the man I was. A doctor should relate not be intimidated by medicine companies and people who control what should be prescribed for financial reasons.

Ive seen Dr. for over 10 years and found her to be kind, she will listen to you and takes time with you.Ive moved from the area and regret I wont be seeing Dr.anymore.I was able to trust her and staff,even on the weekends Dr. would call.
