Very helpful, kind, professional and all of the staff listen and address all of your concerns. An added bonus Dr. Brown and Lisa are both smoking hot. Definitely a bonus. Very professional and everything dont get me wrong but always a joy to see them. :-)

Dr. Lisa Brown used anesthesia on me for a procedure (RFA) when it was unnecessary. I even asked her several times if I could get the procedure without anesthesia and she said no. My insurance company denied the claim for the anesthesiologists for this reason and because NO other doctor in my geographical area use anesthesia for this procedure. Using anesthesia unnecessarily puts patients at risk and is unethical.

I was referred to this “doctor” from the Geauga ER following a visit for excruciating sciatic nerve pain. I was interested in possibly changing PM docs. What a waste of time. She was rude from the word “go”, stating that she felt that she had “nothing to offer” me, nor did she feel she could help me, citing the current conservative pain medication schedule my present PM had me on. When I challenged her, she became defensive, saying she never said she didn’t want to help me. I don’t mind a doctor being a little abrasive, but to be flat out rude from the start is a great way to get someone to post negative reviews and a way to tell everyone they know to NOT see this pathetic excuse of a doctor.
