Dr. Bunin is an absolute miracle worker. I got my procedure done in July for my left ear lobe repair and literally 2 and half months later I am left with no scarring and my ear lobe appears as if it was never pierced. She is amazing and very kind. The procedure itself was painless and took 30-40 mins tops. Thank you so much Dr Bunin!

Dr. Bunin is top-notch! I had xanthelasmas under my eyes - to the point that other plastic surgeons said they would not do surgery. She not only did the surgery easily but the results were fantastic! She fixed a prior surgical intervention for the one side and did the other one in tandem. I could not be happier. She is an excellent surgeon and doctor - you are in excellent hands.

I first saw Dr.Bunin in 2022 at the age of 33 because I had developed Thyroid Eye Disease. I was so self conscious about my appearance and scared for what my future held. From the very first visit with her, Dr Bunin was kind, reassuring and very knowledgeable. She got me started on Tepazza treatments right away. Three treatments into the 8, I began to see results. I started to feel more comfortable being out in public. The swelling around my eyes had subsided tremendously however, the lid retraction was still present. In August 2023, Dr. Bunin performed eyelid retraction surgery. She cut the muscles in my eyelids to lower them back to a more natural appearance. The results from my surgery exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be more thankful for Dr.Bunin and what she has done for me. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of specialized eye treatment.

Having had RK Surgery in July 1994. Dr. Bunin had difficulty doing my cataract surgery in both eyes. She did a wonderful job as I chose to have the dual lens put in. I have had get success with my sight only needing reading glasses in dimly light restaurants. She was recommended by my primary P.A. due to my pre-diabetes. She and her staff listen and do very comprehensive exams.

Dr Bunin performed these procedures on my eyes: Turned both in-facing lower eyelids outward again. They painfully scratched the cornea and she stitched them up to prevent reversal, plus a blepharoplasty to both eyes to remove fatty tissue and alleviate the pressure that could reverse the above. Removal of glaucoma. Cataract surgery on both eyes and dealing with astigmatism. The results are an astounding success and my vision is excellent now even managing to drive at night in the rain with minimal glare from oncoming headlights. Dr Bunin and her staff were very welcoming and efficient and gave full explanations for the procedures. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Dr. Bunin performed an upper blepharoplasty on my eyes. The results were transformational. As I walked out of the hospital, I could tell that my field of vision had dramatically improved. 2 months post-surgery, and I am healing well. Dr. Bunin's staff are friendly and professional. I felt prepared for my surgery and supported in my post-surgery care.

This past summer, I reluctantly agreed to have surgery on my eyelids that were gradually drooping, slowly compromising my vertical peripheral vision. (Not a big fan of someone using a scalpel near my eyes.) Choosing Dr. Lisa Bunin to perform the surgery was the best decision I could've made. Prior to my surgery date, she prepared me for the procedure with the detailed information necessary for me to be confident that I'd experience the results that met my expectations. Dr. Bunin was professional, knowledgable and highly skilled in her work, with a warm, chair side manner that assured me I'd encounter excellent results. The outpatient surgery was painless, recovery was comfortable and the thin-line scars on my eyelids were seamless, healing quickly with no post-surgery issues. I was referred to Dr. Bunin by numerous friends. I was very pleased on my very first visit. Both the staff and Dr. Bunin were very friendly, helpful and courteous. I had gone to another ophthalmologist for over 4 years and although my pressure in both eyes was too high he never suggested any plan of action for treating the pressure. On my first visit to Dr. Bunin she already started me on a regime of eye drops to help bring pressure down. She is also going to laser both eyes to further bring down pressure. She also informed me I have cataracts and glaucoma which she will also treat. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my family or friends. I’m very positive that she will do all she can to give me the best possible outcome for my vision.
