Always professional and kind with me. She respected my wishes for my hysterectomy and I have nothing but praise for her. Highly recommend

When I was blindsided to learn that my daughter’s heart had stopped during a routine ultrasound, Dr Burke offered no warmth or compassion. When I delivered her stillborn, I never saw Dr Burke or heard from her office. No one talked me through what was going to happen or what I should do next. I called her office myself to schedule a post-partem appointment and she left me sitting in the waiting room, refusing to see me. I eventually left in tears. I trusted her with my life and the life of my baby and she discarded me like I was nothing after the stillbirth. Her cruelty still pains me more than a decade later. Please avoid and find another OB.

She answers all my questions and concerns. I’ve been with her for 10 plus years.

She has always been very kind to me and is an excellent doctor. I trust her with my care.

Dr. Burke is extremely rude, cut me off several times while speaking or asking questions. She barley wanted to answer any questions, was very short and snippy with responses. I ended up having a miscarriage and she basically told me I was over reacting to get over the fact that I just lost a child. She is not personable at all. No bedside manner. I don't think she enjoys her profession by the way she acts. She should find a new career instead of making women's trips to the doctor that could potentionally be a heart breaking experience even worse by dealing with your DOCTOR who acts as if she doesn't even care about you. She wo uld be better working in an abortion clinic. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR.

Have been a patient for 20 years. She takes time to answer all questions. She very approachable, friendly and very professional.

I saw her in labor and delivery at cabell Huntington hospital while miscarrying. She is VERY rude and doesn't care about her patients. Her exact words to me about my miscarriage was "you're just gonna have to deal with it" if you care about yourself do not EVER see her !

Was referred by family family physician....would not recommend her. It was my first visit and she was very rude and short. Did not get to finish a sentence before she interupted with her answer .The exam she did was not very thorough and she didnt even do a breast exam and never asked me if i had any questions. Will not be going back.

While this doctor clearly understands her specialty I thought she was rude and condescending. I will not be returning to this doctor.

I will only say that i would not Recommend Dr. Lisa Burke to anyone EVER!
