Dr. Cassileth is without a doubt the most extraordinary surgeon who has ever cared for me. She and her entire team of healthcare professionals, from office/facility staff to nurses to aftercare, represent the most incredible and credible center for breast surgery that you will find. After 8 years of breast cancer and 5 unnecessary, failed reconstructive surgeries in San Francisco, I was told repeatedly that nothing could be done to fix my painful, encapsulated implants...that none of the FLAP surgeries were options...and that I should be "grateful to be in remission" and "looked just fine in clothes." Aside from being demeaning and insulting, I refused to believe these doctors. I am glad I did. Research led me straight to Dr. Cassileth who pioneered the SWIM Flap- a sophisticated, low risk reconstruction technique that doesn't require implants or invasive donor flaps from other sites. And from the first few minutes of meeting this genuinely warm person, I knew I had finally… found the hope I'd been seeking these past painful years. Dr. Cassileth's positivity, endless collaboration and encouragement, allowed me to finally begin the healing process even before my surgery began. I am now one month post op and I can honestly say that I credit Dr. Cassileth with giving me my life and smile back and she did it with compassion, empathy, listening, collaboration and skill. I had 20+ year old breast implants that desperately needed a make-over. I chose Dr. Cassileth because of her vast experience with breast revisions and loved the fact that all the doctors in her office are women. Who wouldn't know more about breasts! From the moment I met her I knew I was in great hands. She listened to all my concerns and even recommended some fat grafting for the top of my breasts as after breast feeding my kids I had little breast tissue of my own. Having already gone through a similar surgery years ago I kinda of knew what to expect but I was so surprised and pleased with the level of outstanding care from Dr. Cassileth and her staff after surgery. This office is really a cut above the rest and my breasts look beautiful and more natural than my original surgery many years ago. Couldn't be more thrilled and definitely recommend this doctor to anyone that is looking for a surgeon that takes the time to listen, great service and wants natural, not over-done… breasts.

Dr. Lisa Cassileth is my hero! She is a life saver, artist and angel. Over three years ago she gave me my life back. And I just keep getting better and better. She fixed what another doctor destroyed whilst doing an emergency C-Section on me a decade ago. They did a classical AND a normal C-Section thus creating an upside down T cut on my rectus abdominus. The doctor never sewed up the abdominus muscle and left my internal organs held back by only my stomach skin and left a 9.5" gap between the two side of my stomach muscle. At the time I was glad that my baby and I were alive. I just never knew the extent of the damage that horrible doctor caused. This also included a bad hernia that if my colon ruptured I could be dead in eight hours. It was a very difficult time. Dr. Cassileth meticulously fixed my damaged stomach and like an artist created the most beautiful breasts in a breast reduction (three liters of breast tissue removed). Dr. Cassileth was able to bring the two… half of stomach muscle back together. A miracle for me! She also fixed the dangerous hernia. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Cassileth or thank her enough for the health and beauty she has professionally and kindly bestowed upon me. I truly love and thank her. I don't know how to express how much I trust and appreciate this amazing doctor. I so highly recommend Dr. Lisa Cassileth for all your plastic surgery needs.

Decided to improve my neck and jawline and went to Dr. Cassileth at the recommendation of my family doctor. Couldn't have made a better choice. Minimal bruising, swelling. Am back in front of the camera in 3 weeks. Minimally invasive techniques lead to the best result, which I'm enjoying everytime I walk by a mirror. I feel younger, more confident and more fit. Some years ago I received breast augmentation from a doctor who I thought was competent and had my best interests in mind. Little did I know that years later my breast implants would completely fail, not only causing me to look awful physically but it was a risk to my health. I had a consultation with Dr. Cassileth and she knew right away that I had capsular contracture and needed corrective surgery right away. Dr Cassileth was extremely warm and understanding, not to mention highly knowledgable with what to do when a breast augmentation goes bad and how to fix it. Dr. Cassileth's staff is also amazing, they made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I am 100% thrilled with my results, the quality of her work is outstanding and I couldn't recommend her more highly!
