If you value your teeth, avoid at all cost. My wife had a root canal done here and less than a week had pain, went back and was told it was cracked and needed pulled. She put it off for a year and decided to get a second opinion and was told there was no crack and a canal had been missed and her tooth was absence. Scheduled an appointment to redo Dr Castleman’s negligence! I’ve have read two or three other reviews of the same story. Do your research before choosing who you go to , or who referred to. This is unacceptable to tell someone their tooth needs pulled rather than to admit they missed a canal and fix it. This shows me they only care about the $$ and not their patients or their teeth. And the reviews I read really makes me believe she can’t read an X-ray.

I was referred to her after I was told I needed a root canal. Her exam results were the tooth was cracked, the tooth next to it was cracked and infected. She refused treatment and charged $380. Went to my endodontist who also did exam, X-rays and scheduled a root canal never mentioned cracked tooth or problems with adjacent tooth. Neither did my regular dentist who also did X-rays. So two mds saw no cracks or infection and one did. I think dr. Castleman needs to clean her X-ray screen or ? My review is just to be careful with her exam results

Dr. Castleman is extremely professional, personable and caring physician. I highly recommend her.

Never sleep in dentist chair without being sedated before this. Especially while getting a root canal. Wasn't fond of the movie glasses though. Good idea just not for me

I had to travel 1.5 hours for a root canal with Dr. Lisa Castleman. The dentist in my area that I've been seeing is not the best and when I arrived at Dr. Castleman's office I was blown away for multiple reasons: *Her staff (especially Mindy, the lady who works at the front desk) was so nice, welcoming, and friendly. * Dr. Castleman explained what she was doing during each step of the procedure, she was very gentle and accommodating, she took great care anytime I experienced unexpected pain and immediately fixed the problem, and she also was very personable and kind overall. *During my surgery, I was able to choose from a list of movies and watched it via a special set of goggles and ear buds! *The aftercare instructions were thorough and quite helpful. And this office does follow-up calls to check on patients and see how they're doing after a procedure (I find this to be uncommon and particularly special). *The office itself was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and… pleasantly comfortable. I hope to never have another root canal surgery, but if I do, I know where I'm returning to! I cannot recommend Dr. Castleman and her staff enough. Best of the best!
