Summary
I provide short-term therapy with a focus on problem solving. I help my patients identify actions that will help solve the problem they are having. I emphasize that behavior changes can come by focusing on goals rather than moods. It’s very rewarding to see my patients accomplish things they never believed they could by applying and internalizing strategies they have learned in therapy. I am privileged every day to see people at their most vulnerable. Standing beside them for part of their journey and witnessing their resilience and strength as they navigate their challenges is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.
