First, I want to say that Dr. Crisp is an excellent dentist and this is not directed at her. Cindy (front desk/receptionist) is impolite, rude and appears to care less about how she comes across to patients. I called today to reschedule an appointment. She was curt and not very helpful. Actually, she gave me the impression that I was bothering her. I rescheduled the appointment but after I hung up I thought there is no way I'm going back there. I called back to cancel the appointment and she didn't even ask me why or what my concerns were....nothing! I'm sorry to say that Twin Hickory has lost my business.

Called to get some general information about Dr. Crisp's practice and talk to Business offices about paying for services out of pocket as well as scheduling an appointment. Was advised that they were leaving to go to a conference and to call back next week sometime. Cindy was not particularly polite and very short on the phone -apparently not interested in our business. Dr. Crisp may be an excellent Dentist, however the staff that I dealt with will cause me to go elsewhere -and that only took them less than 2 mins to lose 6, cash paying customers.
