Dr. Lisa Ann Daye, MD

In my opinion,if you want friendly services,don't go here.some of the reception people and mr. daye is friendly.I was never seen by the doctor.i was seen by melissa aduddle.i mean you can say good morning or have a good day and no response.in my opinion,you want to feel comfortable whenever you go to a doctor.you don't want to feel more down because the assistant is not friendly at all and seems to hate their job.overall,I highly recommend you go to another specialist.unless you don't mind being around miserable people.i know I will be going to another specialist in the future.if I need to that is.

Worst doctor ever. Doesn’t listen to your complaints. Told me I have pain in my knee because I’ve gained weight. I weigh 140 piudns. How would a 140 pound female have knee pain? Doctor daye did not even examine me. The Appt was a joke. I switched to excelsior and they knew immediately what was wrong. Never ever go to dr daye unless you want to be misdiagnosed

Provided such poor medical care I’ have had 14 additional knee surgeries. Follow up surgeons were appalled at her work. Recently had to have partial knee replacement as a result. Advise against trusting her opinion.

Dr. Days gave me shorts for 3 years before I had to have knee replacement sorry to see her leave her former practice.Loved her

I was in a motorcycle accident ware the driver was found 100% at fault. Cracked my fibula head all the way across the bone and in serious pain a lot still to this day! My original Dr. retired whom diagnosed the fracture so i was appointed Dr. Daye. She said i didn't have a fracture of any kind? I said i could see the fracture line in the MRI films. She belittled me by rolling her eyes and changing the subject like i was stupid. I asked her what do i do about the pain i'm experiencing? Her response was ''oh just get out your physical therapy sheets and do those". REALLY???

Dr. Daye is the most caring, down to earth, doctor I have ever seen. She has fixed both my shoulder and knee. She always takes the time to explain things to me. She also is genuinely concerned about your well being outside of the problem she is treating you for. She always asks how my wife and my dogs are. You couldn't pick a more caring, qualified doctor.

Dr.Daye was nice and I'm so comfortable that She will be taking care of me. She comes highly recommend and Wouldn't want anyone else doing my surgery.

She was caring and precise

Dr. Daye is very inconsiderate with a lack of any sort of bed side manner. She spent very little time reviewing my MRI report. When I handed it to her she glanced at it "just what I thought". No explanation to me as to what "she thought". When I asked how long I will keep suffering (as it has already been 3 1/2 weeks...took Excelsior 3 weeks to order an MRI) she very rudely held 3 fingers IN MY FACE and says AT LEAST 3 MORE MONTHS! She then said she will have me start therapy in a "few" weeks. She then left the room and her secretary scheduled me for an appointment a month later with her PA. I wonder if part of her problem was that I was referred by another Dr. in the group who is not a surgeon. He referred me to 3 others there (Dr. Daye was NOT one of them) but because of the severity of my injury I needed to be seen by a surgeon and she was the only one with an opening right away. Perhaps the referring Dr. knows how incompetent Dr. Daye is and that is why he did not refer… me to her..... I am now being treated by a nicer, more informed ortho surgeon (Not at Excelsior) who explained my injury in detail, recovery time, therapy and eventual healing. Kenmore Mercy emergency room should seriously consider referring their patients to another Ortho specialist.
