Dr. Lisa Difrancesco didn't do top of the line work when it came to my breast reduction, it was the worst experience ever!! I would never recommend her for anything. The fact that she had me waiting for almost two hours in the waiting room for my appointment, she came in smelling like she had just ate a plate of garlic and didn't attempt to use any breath mints. That should have been a red flag but I still took a chance because of all her credentials. After surgery my Incisions came undone and I call the doctor's nurse and I was told it would heal on its own, then my nipple fell off even though I followed all her instructions and still she didn't ask for me to come to the office so she can take a look no concern!! Now I'm left with bad scars and I don't feel comfortable undressing in front of my husband! Please don't just go by her accomplishments because she has to care about all her patients after she gets paid.

I had a breast reduction 2 years ago and it looks like a 4 yr old learning to trace cut and did my sutures, the scars are very very ugly to this day, and when I went back telling her my concerns she offered steroids which in no way can even make a tiny difference, I honestly wish I didn’t do it ! I’ll have to surgery to fix this catastrophe!

I love Dr. Difrancesco and her staff! I appreciated her thorough and honest consultation and felt very comfortable choosing her for my surgery. It felt like I was her only patient the entire time and my results are exactly what she promised and what I hoped for. Her staff is great and the office space is modern and upscale. The Piedmont surgery center is a is also a plus; great staff and experience compared to a larger facility. Very happy with the experience and results!

Dr. Difrancesco is an excellent doctor. She spent well over 1 hour helping me select the right implant. This was my 4 revision for capsular contracture, the other surgeries had been performed with another plastic surgeon. I am so happy with my results and look outstanding. Her staff was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Dr.D!

My visit was perfect from the time I walked in until I left. Dr. Difrancesco and team were able to do my in-office injectables at my first appointment and I couldn’t be happier with my results! The office was well appointed, easy to get to and the staff were amazingly kind. Thanks for a great first of many visits!

I have had breathing problems as far as I can remember. For years, I have researched many different options and doctors to help me with my nose. From the first time that I met Dr. D I knew that she was the one. She was very attentive and helpful with any questions I had before my procedure. I had a deviated septum and scar tissue that had built up completely blocking my left nostril. Dr. D made me feel very comfortable explaining all the steps that she was going to take before going under. The surgery was complex but went very smoothly. It has only been three weeks since my surgery and I could not happier with the results already. I did not bruise at all and most of the swelling has gone down. Aside from breathing problems, I was always insecure about my crooked nose (supposedly people never noticed itâ?¦ but I sure did). Now I can breath and I'm much more confident about myself. I would absolutely recommend Dr. D to anyone that is looking for any procedure that she offers!

This woman is a joke and her staff is atrocious. Amateurs all around. Don't waste your time here.
