Dr. Lisa Melinda Elden, MD

Very dismissive doctor, blamed all my teenager problems on allergies, which they had been tested multiple times over the years before coming here. Refused to do anything till we seen allergy specialist at chop which all the testing negative and cost a ton of money on labs and allergy testing. Dr Elden made us wait over a hour, acted like she didn't know to look up tests in Epic chart system and was plain rude to us! I flat out refused to follow up with her and requested a different provider. I don't need to deal with poor bedside mannerisms

I have no problem with the Dr, but this place needs training on how to schedule appointments. I have never waited less than 1 HOUR for my child's appointment. Typically it's closer to 1 1/2 hours for our less than 5 minute appointment. Every Time! Completely unacceptable.

Took 1.25 hrs from appointment time to first see the doctor (much waiting). Receptionists not helpful in estimating wait time whatsoever. After consultation with the doctor were told to wait AGAIN in the waiting room for an additional test, without being given a timeframe. With a 1.5 year old who was already there for almost two hours, we left. Nurse Practitioner and Doctor were fantastic if you are willing to waste an entire morning for a consultation.

dr elden is a great surgeon ive been through many surgeries and she has done all of them , feel very comfortable in her care.
