I am not a fan of going to the doctors, even for a basic eye exam, but I loved this office and Dr. Feulner. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiles from the staff. I suffer with dry eyes and Dr. Feulner explained all of my choices to me. She is kind and compassionate. I know I am in the right hands for the best eye care.

Dr. Feulner is very condescending sometimes openly but more often passive aggressively. I would not recommend her to anyone on the chance they fall victim to her snappy attitude.

4th visit and once again waited over 2 hours to be seen by Dr. Feulner. Staff appear to be stressed by the over booking and patient load. Ever appointment has been the same....no less than 1.5 wait for the doctor. Each time the same story...."oh my gosh, I don't know what happened but we really got back up!". No real apology has ever been given. The most I waited was 2.5 hours on my first visit. This one was my last!

I am a hard man to impress. Dr.Feulner impresses me - highly!. Clearly more than highly competent, takes time to answer questions, and keeps me informed as she executes her responsibilities. Add that she really cares about the patient and what she is doing, and you have a first-rate physician.

Thanks for everything, for finding that I did not need drops for gloccoma, which I didn't have, the lid surgery, and finally the cateracts. You are a pro and my hero.
