Horrible. Cannot believe she is a LTC (P)!!!!

would not recommend going to this provider. very self centered. program director for the OB/GYN program - sounds from residents that she does not treat them well. She is under scrutiny from the ACGME as well. Go elsewhere if you can!!

Dr. Lisa Foglia did a c-section on me that left me unable to conceive again. It was at the military hospital in Landstuhl,Germany so she is protected from lawsuits. I believe that all surgeries should be filmed upon request. As soon as the baby was born, the room emptied out, and Dr. Foglia sent her assistant away before sewing me up. Up until that c-section, I had never had any trouble conceiving. I knew something was wrong, so I spent my own money to get a hystereopingogram. The iodine would not go in at all due to a scarring blockage. It disturbs me to remember that when she had come to my room for the follow-up, she said virtually nothing, and sat down far away from me on a couch in the corner. She really looked like she was uncomfortable being there. I am going to talk to some lawyers about my options here.
