While Dr. German-Koessler’s bedside manner isn’t the best she seems competent. My biggest issue is with the office. I’ve been bleeding for 2 months straight and called for an appointment for a medical emergency and was told that they couldn’t schedule the apt because I owed a missed appointment balance of $40. That missed appointment wasn’t missed, when I called to change it the office scheduled wrong. Absolutely unacceptable all around!!

This office is a bit deceiving. The appearance of the interior makes you feel very comfortable as it is very professional and welcoming. The nursing staff are fabulous. However, Dr. Gelman quoted outdated information for my condition and then tried to scare me. She forgot to call in a prescription after diagnosing with a UTI and I had to call their on-call service that evening. She forgot one to give my flu vaccine and almost forgot the second time I went in, and would have if I hadn't reminded her. One goes to a doctor to get medical care, not to have to educate their own doctors and remind them to treat you. I switched and found an amazing OB GYN.

This doctor is wonderful. She asks you if you have questions and takes the time to explain things. She is professional, knowlegable and very caring.

Dr. Gelman Koessler was professional and also made me feel very comfortable. She was thorough and very accurate in her diagnosis. She made me feel confident. I have nothing but excellent things to say about her and her staff. It was a very pleasant experience in a situation that could have been very unpleasant. I fee fortunate to have her as my Gyn Physician.

I don't usually feel strongly enough about any of my doctors to write a review, especially a negative one until I met Dr. Koessler. I was literally with her for about 5 minutes while she checked me out and left. There was no personal questions asked by her, she didn't try in any way whatsoever to make me feel comfortable in a n otherwise uncomfortable appointment (who ever really enjoys these?). I immediately switched my gynecologist after this horrific experience. Oh yeah, and she wouldn't give me the kind of birth control I requested, she gave me some "free sample" that a company provided her with as a promotion of their product. This BC gave me terrible headaches and I was tired 24/7 until I realized it was due to the pills and stopped taking them. DONT GO TO HER!
