Dr. Lisa Green Gordon, MD

Stay far away from this lady (I wouldn’t even say doctor). She has ZERO interest in her patients and good luck if you try to reach her or anyone in the practice it’s impossible. She schedules medication the day of or after it’s due that leaves you scrambling or without for days at a time I think she does it intentionally. DO NOT bring a child here - very dangerous. Her medical license should be revoked. It is a crime for someone like her to be practicing.

Do not see Lisa Gordon. The most dismissive person I have ever met, had absolutely no regard for my well being. I brought up the possibility of doing ECT treatments and she said she would never approve "something like that." There was no discussion, she just dismissed me. She doesn't want to help you get better, and you are a complete nuisance to her if you try to make suggestions about your own health. She should be ashamed of herself as a medical provider and as a human. She is an absolute disgrace to womankind.

Dr. Gordon refuses to return calls or set appointments. She is extremely rude and uncaring. Rather than taking the time to understand her patient’s medical history (including medications that had adverse effects), she prescribed medications at will. I made 5 requests to meet with Dr. Gordon over the first 5 days my daughter was hospitalized. On the 5th day, I told the Social Worker that my next step was to file a complaint if Dr. Gordon didn’t return my call. When she finally called me, I offered to walk upstairs to the unit or meet her in the hospital. She refused and instead told me that she very busy and didn’t have time. I suspect she never saw my daughter and instead prescribed treatment based on reviewing charts. Eventually she discharged my daughter on the 7th day and prescribed a Partial Hospitalization Program. The social worker made an appointment for us at a program that had a long wait list. He said he sent updated records to another program, but when we called… to inquire the representative said they never received update records and had a wait list or 3+ weeks for an evaluation.

Horrible bedside manner - uncaring, uninvolved and unpleasant. Shows very little interest in obtaining a proper diagnosis, addressing serious concerns with medications (in my case adverse side effects), stubborn/does not listen or even care to listen etc etc. An overall uncaring manner - and quite unappologetic. Seems unfamiliar with dealing with issues related to anxiety/PTSD and related - issues many people who suffer from depression have. Also under the impression this office may actually deal more with people who suffer from addiction issues (which is not where I'm coming from) and not depression/anxiety etc.

Dr Green-Paden didn't seem to listen to anything that I had to say. I was basically in and out of her office, what a waste of time!!
