DR. GRAVES AND HER NURSE ARE BOTH VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SO NICE AND CARING ABOUT YOUR CONCERNS. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO A PHYSICIAN IN THE PLANO AREA AND AM SO HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND A PHYSICIAN THAT IS SO KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE TYLER AREA.

She didn't consult me on anything just order test after test I didn't think necessary still had to meet deductible and not concerned I had to pay for just be careful

I have gone to Dr. Graves - Austin for many years. I agree with some of the comments ....Misty is a little slow and lacks compassion in some cases. But Dr. Graves has always listen to me which is a trait hard to find in a doctor. As for running test....She will try everything possible to get to the bottom of the problem. Good doctors are just really hard to find and I think Dr. Graves is one of the better ones I have gone to.

This doctor has treated a close friend of mine (I have attended some of her appointments). At most visits, Dr. Graves-Austin could not tell my friend what was wrong with her and just kep trying her on different medications instead of ordering any tests. Dr. Graves nurse, Misty, does not return patient phone calls (this has been a major complaint about Dr. Graves) and lacks compassion and professionalism towards Dr. Graves-Austin's patients. I highly recommend everyone avoid this physician totally as my friend ended up having to have emergency surgery due to Dr. Graves-Austin's treatment (or lack thereof).
