There is a reason why she has availability. Worst doctor I have ever encountered.

If I had the opportunity to give no stars I would. She is a very unprofessional and arrogant physician. I would not recommend her to anyone! She is a very passive aggressive individual, and does not want to questioned on the lack of care that she provides. My advice is to partner with a competent, caring, and compassionate physician.. Dr. Hall, in my opinion, lacks all three of these characteristics.

Have went to Doctor Lisa Hall since 2015. Have recently acquired a sour taste with her facility, staff, and practice. I made an apt & the day of the appointment received a reminder phone call that went to voicemail; within 10min I called back and left a message saying I was unable to make it due to an emergency family circumstance. The office staff never got back to me then weeks later received a no show fee of 25$. Tried to negotiate; office staff dismissive willing to permanently let us go. Overall, the practice primarily charges fees that are greater than the amount owed on the statement. Would not recommend this practice, there is too many doctors in Michigan that have an understanding and caring approach to retain clients. Do not waste your time here.

Not comfortable with Dr Hall. Felt she was paranoid. Sounds weird (I know) but saw her ease dropping on her staff in the reflection of the window. Staff, overall, were nice but seemed to feel uncomfortable around the doctor too! After seeing her twice, I left for Clarkston Medical.
