Dr Lisa Hairston LeDoux is an excellent doctor who truly cares about her patients!

I have been a patient for several years and Dr. LeDoux explains everything and makes sure that I have all of the necessary tests and annual screening done. She spends time with you and answers all of your questions

The front Desk receptionist is not friendly at all, she never says hi or good morning. She barely makes eye contact. The way she acts sets the tone for your whole office visit.

Front office staff is rude and uncaring. Doctor Ledoux is pleasant but shows a lack of concern for the patient's well-being. The level of service is very poor, I have been trying to get an updated prescription for 11 days now. 2 days to find out the doctor wanted a blood test first, was told it would take a couple of days for results before a prescription could be sent. 3rd day I had the blood test. Still no word, no prescription called in, although apparently the doctor has been messaged and has the results. I will not and cannot ever recommend this facility or doctor to anyone, this is the second time this has happened.

Dr Harston-Ledoux is a very caring and compassionate doctor. She spends as much time as it takes to be thorough. It is so nice to have found a doctor who is mindful of your ability to pay for your care without insurance. Definitely glad to have her as my doctor. I recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr Kumar during a hospital visit and was pleased with his knowledge, caring and pleasant manner.

Dr Harston-Ledoux is a very thorough doctor I have been going to her for years, however the office staff has always been sub par. Today for example I called because my prescription ran out as I though I still had refills at the pharmacy but I didn't, my medication (cymbalta) is completely gone and if I stop taking it I have horrible withdrawal symptoms. I told the receptionist this she told me it could take two days for my prescription to get called in she had no empathy that I was going to have major withdrawal symptoms I asked her of I could possibly come by the office to get some samples, she told me that I had to wait to see if the nurse would call me by the end of the day. She was super dismissive and rude. I have only put up with years of horrible office staff because the Doctor is awesome.

I was with Dr.Harston-Ledoux for 11 years great doctor spends time with you will get on you if you are not doing what you are suppose to do and will answer your questions. The staff is great always looked forward to going in for an appointment.

I have been going to Dr. Harston-Ledoux for about 13 years. In the beginning the staff was very courteous and consistent. Over the years the staff has changed tremendously from the musical chairs of people, and their not so exciting bedside manner. It used to be a snap to get an appointment within a week or two; now the wait is like months. The people who answer the phone do not make it any easier. Every time I call it is a different person who does not know how to ask questions; their answers are also short and insufficient. I'm not sure if they are temps or just have no medical office experience but the company which I believe is Providence/St. John's does not do a good job of getting people who are consistent or compassionate. If I was a possible new patient just the staff alone would detour me from going to this doctor. But since I've been with her so long I stick with it but when my appointment comes around I intend to let her know the inconsistent staff is not… professional.

The physician was excellent and made my visit personal. She was unhurried made me feel at ease. Very professional
