Dr. Hazard was very competent, professional and responsive to my needs. I went through 44 radiation treatments for prostate cancer, and I found the entire staff to be very helpful and positive through the entire process. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs radiation treatment.

Very friendly, patient, kind and professional people. An experience nobody looks forward to, but made more pleasant by all of the staff. The questions were always answered and everything explained.

Dr. Hazard and her team discovered two serious complications regarding my condition. Dr. Hazard promptly informed me of both situations the day of their discovery, and already had a plan for treating each complication. Her team got me over to an excellent neurosurgeon (Dr. Sanan) for the first complication, an enlarged brain tumor that stereotactic radiation could not treat. After a successful surgery, Dr. Hazard was prepared to treat the margins of where the tumor had resided. The second complication, a new tumor, was treated by Dr. Hazard and her team alongside the original radiation treatment. Dr. Hazard and her team informed me of the possible side effects of the treatments, and gave me a plan for my care after the radiation. Dr. Hazard and her team, Tiffany, Jeff, Clarissa, Karen, Adelina, Olya, and Emily (who knows how to work with Triwest), are a highly professional and empathetic crew.

The entire team including Olya, Jeff, Adelina, Tiffany and Emily was top notch. Caring and efficient people.

I just finished a 44-visit radiation program with Dr. Hazard and her GREAT team/crew. Not only are Tiffany, Olya and Jeff exceptional technicians, they also exude humanity, warmth, and good nature. This is also true of Emily, Dr. Hazard's assistant. Five Stars is insufficient for the quality of treatment and care they gave me. They are in a league of their own when providing medical help and support. Every medical provider should follow their example. My days at the Center for treatment are over and I shall miss them.

Dr. Lisa Hazard is very skilled and compassionate. She has handled my brain cancer with radio surgery. She has explained every step with straightforward compasion and understanding. She has a talented and dedicatedstaff. My mask was made by Jeff who also operated the radio surgery equipment. He was assisted by Karen. Of course Tiffany and Adeline were essential and compassionate from A to Z.the rest of the staff, who's names escape me ( brain cancer you know) we're also kind, compassionate and professional.
