Dr. Lisa Joy Herrin, MD

Dr. Herrin is a very caring pediatrician. She takes her time and pays attention to the whole child and the parent. She doesn't rush you in and out.

The doctor is nice and kind. But the office has horrible follow through when it comes to referrals or results of testing. They never call back as they say and then when I call them im left on hold over and over again.

Dr. Herrin is a great staff the staff Wendy and Elizabeth are both great and try to help out any way they can. | love this Dr. amd so does my other family members that go here. Yes of course i would recomend her.

I love this doctor , she might have a longer wait time in the office but she actually takes times and will listen to me. she is great with the kids !!

I continue to choose Dr. Herrin for all our care because I feel that she takes the time to listen and spend time with us at each appointment. At other offices, I feel like they rush, or spend the whole time staring at your chart/a computer. Dr. Herrin looks at us when she is talking with us about our visit, and gives us her undivided attention. I feel like we can trust her medical opinion because she takes the time to understand our visit individually, as opposed to just handing out prescriptions left & right to get people in and out quickly like at some other offices. She is typically pretty prompt with appointments, but on the few occasions we have had to wait, it is clear that she is spending time with a patient who needed it. It is so nice to know that she cares enough about her patients to take that extra minute to really make sure that they get the care they need, rather than having her office be a slave to the clock. What if we were the family that needed an extra minute of… care that day? So rare to find a doctor like this anymore, when most offices pack their schedules and even double-book, so you end up waiting forever and still don't get a good, attentive visit from the doctor. Definitely recommend Dr. Herrin at Dr. Mom Pediatrics!!!

I bring my son to Dr. Herrin for all his well visits. We have not had a sick visit yet. Dr. Herrin is very thorough, and spends a lot of time with us to answer questions. I am always able to get an appointment when it is needed, and I have never had to wait very long in the office.

This is our second visit here with our kids and the average wait time after our appointment time is in excess of 2 hours.

This is the worst doctor I have ever visited. Anytime we had an appointment scheduled, we had to wait 2 hours to be seen if they didn't already cancel on us because Dr. Herrin always has to cancel on her patients twice a week. My son is 5 months old and doesn't even have his 4 month shots yet because she cancelled on us not once, not twice, but three times in a row! And when he had a double ear infection, Dr. Herrin told us "I will go ahead and prescribe ear drops because this is really bad." It took us two weeks for us to get her to call them in, and when she finally did her response was "I didn't deem the ear drops necessary because his infection isn't serious." If you want your children to be safe and get treated with the best quality care, AVOID LISA HERRIN AT ALL COSTS!

I gave this place several chances so my 1 star rating is acceptable. first off the patient wait time is forever, most off my appointments consisted of 1+ hour wait time. second this last appointment I had they cancelled within an an hour of her appointment! and also I got a call from a private number (I don't answer private numbers) they couldn't have called me from the office number like a professional office would. So when I get there she tells me there closed because Dr.Herrin isn't there.The Secretary is rude and very unprofessional. just overall the worst experience ever. Also Dr.Herrin speaks so low it's annoying. I really wanted a pediatrician my baby could grow with but sadly I finally gave up and found a new pediatricion.

Her front staff is so rude. Saying things like uh oh no you ain't doing that oh heck no. Her staff is the most unprofessional I have come across.
