Dr. Lisa Ann Iacofano, MD

This dr is arrogant and has basic problems with communication with patients and people. I think she wants her patients to give HER counciling when they are there because she will tell you about her money woes, her huge divorce, her kids all on YOUR dime. A sour outlook and disposition on life is not befitting for a dr in practice. And after you get her personal status update only then will she look at your chart. BTW she does not have compertized records and is way behind the curve on technology compared to other practices.

Very unprofessional! Spends more time talking about her family drama than caring for patients. She misdiagnosed a serious illness and refuses to help via the phone. She insists you see her for every question you have charging outrageous rates. Do NOT see her. A total disgrace to the medical community

Absolutely the WORST provider I have EVER seen! Upon my 3rd or 4th visit with her (of which, EVERY visit she was at least 10-20 minutes late and even walked INTO the office after lunch 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment) she caustically told me that I had no reason to be stressed out and depressed for the death of a sibling and that she was stressed enough just having to pay for her kids' college tuition!?!? Seriously, she's going to compare her finances (which should NEVER be spoken about with a patient) to the death of a sibling...while Lisa was toting around her $2,500 Louis Vuitton purse? Her office is also completely filthy with a plethora of carpet stains, missing linoleum tiles, banged up walls and old decrepit smells. Additionally, during one appointment she performed an evasive exam on me in which she gave absolutely NO WARNING when she was going to be inserting this instrument in a place that doesn't typically receive objects. No description or step by step… walk-through about what to expect, no polite interpretation, NOTHING. Lisa's bedside manners are non-existent. Avoid at all costs.

My personal experience with Dr. Iacofano is one of a doctor who takes her time with patients. She rarely runs behind schedule, but if she does, it's because she spends time with her patients and does the same for each patient. She is thorough with testing and wants to track certain elements of blood work before prescribing medication.

Dr. Iacofano cared for my spouse through a multitude of health problems. I went to many appointments with him to be his advocate and ears and Dr. Iacofano was always open and candid with us regarding his health problems. During my husband's final illness, we left the hospital to start hospice care at home. Dr. Iacofano made herself available at all times for my needs and questions. She even made house calls during that time. Jean, my husband, was very serene and accepting during his passing and much of that attitude was due to the excellent care and his spiritual condition. I highly recommend Dr. Iacofano to anyone who wants excellent care and caring.
