Dr. Lisa Marie Ivanjack, MD

She is hands down the best primary care physician I have ever had. Her knowledge plus her demeanor are way above the usual. I’m 81 and have visited a good number of doctors of all stripes and she ranks among the very best.

It's like others have commented. She used to be a better doctor, but she was terrible and, frankly, a jerk the last time I saw her a patient. So bad I'm making sure I'm never going back to her. I don't know if she's burned out or having personal problems that are impacting her ability to be a caring doctor, but I don't think she sees the humanity in her patients anymore. At least not consistently. Empathy in doctors is linked to improved patient outcomes. I don't need to waste my time or entrust my care to a person that's uncaring, no matter how good they were in the past.

When you have your yearly checkup visit, you expect your primary care doctor is having a pair of listening ears and open eyes to find out your important issues or health problems to lead you in the right direction in regards of reaching your best benefits for your heath. I am a former patient of hers of 10 years ago of and all I can say is she has recently changed into a totally different person, very Moody and judgmental with blaming comments towards the patient. I didn’t dare to show her my bulletpoints list of problems on my notes as she didn’t even let me talk for asking about adding vitamin D level check on my blood tests, and when I persist to add it on, she replied “why did you not continue taking over the counter vitamin D”? With a blaming tones of conversations of course. I was told by her in that visit that the check up visit is basically not built for the patients to call their problems and is for the doctor to examine the patient, and then the patient should book follow up… visits afterwards to discuss about each problem. I’m still puzzled out is this the Pacific Medical center policy or doctor Ivan Jack’s call. I had pain all around my belly on the time of that checkups with her, and while She was noticing the pain, she was totally acting ignorant and careless asking me any question to find out what was that about?!??? The afternoon I left her office I’ve had severe blood discharge with my urinating and I literally found out what was the source of that severe pain, and the doctor I visited in urgent care at Everett Clinic told me this amount of blood is too much that we should be serious enough to find out about the roots of this issue. I was very upset and angry that I have treated by Doctor IvanJack like a robot instead of a human being in that morning, I’m not even sure why she didn’t let me leave when she found out I’m not happy to have a ten minutes check up time out of my half an hour appointment!! I was also very disappointed that I cancelled my follow up visit with hers and talk about this experience with all my friends and family in my network. I highly NOT recommend Dr. Lisa Ivan Jack to anyone and I won’t book any appointments with her in the rest of my life.

Dr Ivanjack can appear caring and engaged or judgmental, cold and disinterested. The quality and accuracy of her care is directly related to how she decides to interact with you at any given appointment and does change. She made some erroneous judgmental statements that had nothing to do with medical care (or reality) during my later appointments, rather than focusing on medical needs. I cannot recommend.

i would never go back to lisa ivanjack. my experience with her was terrible. her bedside manner was beyond rude. she did not help my problem and did not seem the least bit interested in actually resolving my pain. i went to a different doctor a few days later to actually get a proper diagnosis and begin treatment. i would warn my friends against her if they even mentioned going to Pac Med for anything.

I very much appreciated her enthusiasum as a Dr.(& as a person), her thoroughness & compassion. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat, I've seen quite a few physicians & Dr.Ivanjack is one of the very best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ivanjacks for 2 years. She is the best Dr i have ever had the plesure of knowing. She is also my husbands Dr, she treats us both with respect and genuine care. We see her alot due to our medical issues, she always greets us like friends. I am glad I have had her as part of my medical team.
