An excellent doctor. Kind, friendly, and efficient. When I spoke with her, I knew I was speaking with an expert.

From my initial consult with Dr Jacobs, I found her to be such a genuine woman-Doctor. She explained to me, inlay terms what was going on with my abnormal mammogram findings. She put me at ease, which isn't an easy task! I would recommend her to anyone in need of such a surgeon.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Jacobs as my physician. She made me feel comfortable about my surgery . She did a great job getting the cancerous parts out. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any one with breast cancer. Not only she is she is a very good surgeon , she knows how to make a breast cancer patient feel comfartable.

I went to Dr Jacobs for a 2nd opinion. Compared to my first surgeon who did not give me any option other than "cutting everything off", Dr Jacobs informed me of all my options and the consequences of each option. She's calm, which in turn calmed me down. Issue I have is with follow-ups. If I do not call the office for test results, nobody will call me. I guess that is normal for most doctors. Getting the office staff is not easy even during office hours. Unlike my other doctor's office whereby someone is sure to answer the calls, I frequently hit the voice mailbox, have to leave messages and wait at least a day for someone to call me back. Waiting is nerve racking when waiting for test results.

Dr. Jacobs and her entire staff are extremely helpful, friendly and willing to answer any questions.
