Dr Lisa Johnson is simply the best. My female issues were complicated and frightening. She never made me feel rushed. I got answers to all my questions. I am totally satisfied with the care I received. in addition, the office is beautiful and calming. All the staff from receptionist to medical assistant were warm and welcoming.

I have found Dr. Lisa Johnson to be extremely knowledgeable, very compassionate and truly caring. She has made me feel so completely at ease when discussing my issues at what most find to be rather uncomfortable. The entire staff at WHII are also quite exceptional and are very accommodating and make you feel really comfortable.

From the moment I came in, I did not feel welcomed by Doctor Johnson. She was rude, abrasive, disrespectful and completely unprofessional during this office visit. I hope no other women experiences an office visit like mine. I highly encourage that Dr. Johnson complete course work and training on patient relations. If your practice really values respect, compassion and excellence then Dr. Johnson would benefit from training.

Lisa Johnson is everything the others are saying about her. She is rude, abrasive, dismissive, and pretty rough when examining. Basically looked and treated me like I was an idiot and cut me off when I was talking.

I was having a persistent urinary problem. Previously, I had an unsuccessful procedure performed by a male urologist. I thought a female physician would more sensitive toward my issue. Lisa Johnson MD was anything but sensitive. She was rude, condescending, and disrespectful. She referred to me as "my dear." In addition to the fact that I was paying for her services, I am old enough to be her mother. The acquirement of humility would serve this physician well.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Lisa Labin Johnson to friends and family. Women's Health Institute of Illinois is a comfortable environment with a friendly and helpful staff. During my first appointment I was processed through within minutes and I saw the doctor shortly thereafter. Dr. Labin Johnson was professional, caring, explained everything clearly, she made me feel at ease in what would normally be a very stressful situation.

ACCUSED ME THAT MY PROBLEMS WERE "IN MY HEAD".FURTHER TESTS REVEALED I DID HAVE PROBLEMS.SHE WAS ROUGH, UNCARING, AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.THIS WOMAN SHOULD BE PUNISHED.
