Dr. Lisa Stievater Jones, MD

Lisa S Jones of Ventura Psych Assoc is the worst and most CORRUPT healthcare provider I have ever met. I have been diagnosed with ADHD at every developmental point in my life and Lisa S Jones accurately diagnosed me with ADHD (like all the pediatricians, primary care MDs, neurologists, psychiatrists I had before her.). But then, she made the sentinel error of stopping my Ritalin. Stopping immediate-release ritalin is the definition of stopping Ritalin. I would not have graduated without immed-release Ritalin. After she stopped my Ritalin, she told me there is no other outcome in my life other than the one I am in. Unemployed now and likely to require permanent disability government subsidy. She shouldnt be sued; she should be incarcerated.

I've had significant ADHD all of my life, which has been noted and documented and confirmed a million times over. Ritalin saved my life. It is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I would not have graduated without it. For literally no medically ethical or lawful reason, that could ever be reasonably rationalized, she stopped my Ritalin and now I am looking at filing for Social Security at age 41. There is no desirable or viable therapeutic alternative, nor should there be any investigation into finding one. Ritalin is the gold standard and is a miracle medication for me. A legitimate MD cannot take away a maintenance med like that, especially when adverse effects, diversion, addiction are non-existent. Literally an incompetent provider to even attempt to transition/stop my Ritalin. She could be incarcerated for such a serious error, as she knew and acknowledged my serious ADHD and how helpful and efficacious Ritalin has always been for me. If I knew she was a… proponent of transitioning people off of stimulant meds via creative or non-creative methods (or any method), I would not have chosen her as a physician. Accurate diagnosis of ADHD, illegal to stop my Ritalin. Any therapeutic plan that involves stopping my Ritalin is absolute FRAUD by definition.
