I trust Dr. Jukes and her practice with my life. I’ve had surgery with her. She’s top notch. My everyday care provider is P.A. Candice Di lorio. Now SHE is AMAZING. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable, fun, whip smart, accommodating, relaxed, confident, timely, willing to learn, open, honest. I mean, you can’t do better. I can’t. I’ve found the best practice in all of Austin. Can’t say enough nice things. The front staff is wonderful also.

Have been a patient of Dr Jukes for over 25 years. Have seen her practice grow to include additional practitioners & total health focus. Staff is very friendly & efficient. And of course Dr Jukes is great or I wouldn’t still be going there every year, right?

This staff makes you feel taken care of! I had my 2nd visit with Tracy Kwan. I wish all doctors had her bedside manner! A few days after the visit, I had a question. It was answered through the portal quickly. Thank you for such great customer service!

HI! I LOVED meeting PA Tracy Kwan... she was so so so patient, throrough, and friendly with me - I'm Deaf, so it takes longer to communicate with me via siri/text. She did NOT rush through anything and answered ALL my questions plus more. She also made me feel super comfortable and I've never been KEEN on going to these type of appointments. My only complaint is that it took almost 2 months to get a follow up appointment in after my labs. This was very frustrating bc with my hormones out of whack, its affecting my everyday life, relationships, job, energy, etc and I had to wait and wait and wait. I'm still on day 2 of waiting on my prescription to be filled because its compounded... so it's more than 2 months that I've gotten treatment.... I hope this changes because I would LOVE to keep going to PA Kwan!

Absolutely love Modern Women’s Health! I have been a patient of Dr. Jukes for appx 20 years and she, along with her staff, have seen me through several “seasons of life” including a breast cancer diagnosis. Dr. Jukes and her staff’s knowledge, compassion, and unwavering support continue to be a blessing for me as I continue to navigate survivorship, the landscape of menopause and even orthopedic issues. Dr. Jukes is always willing to listen and give honest feedback, and if asked, offers relatable insights and practical advice that transcended the sterile confines of the medical chart (which is very refreshing and comforting to me personally). The staff was just ok. - they seamed very short staffed in the fromt. The NP I saw didn’t listen, at all. I am a nurse and I know what a medical professional should present. I won’t be going back

I was so disappointed! I looked forward to visiting this office about specific concerns. I was quoted under $200 for my first visit and at check out was told over $400 with no explanation. I wrote a private message for an explanation and no response. I filled out extensive in take forms, day of appointment, and nothing I checked was explained to me. I walked away from the visit with no new information. They recommended a procedure for me but did not explain what it was, how it works, how it’s implemented, etc….very upset and am out a lot of money

I have been a patient for many years and have never had an issue. However I was definitely not pleased with my last appointment on 3/20/25. My appointment was at 9:15, which I arrived at 9:00 as required. I was called back at about 9:25, however was not seen by the provider until 10:10. Almost and hour late from my scheduled time. I had to go out and ask how much longer it would be because I had to be somewhere else at 10:30. I feel this is unexceptable Especially since if I was late for my appointment they would make me reschedule.

Can’t recommend Dr. Juke’s and her practice enough, especially if you have persistent issues. The way they navigate to root causes, taking into account bloodwork, genetics, imaging and symptoms is really incredible and refreshing.
