Dr. Lisa Adrian Kassenoff, DO

i have been dr kasssenoff's patient for many years, as have been some of my coworkers at CMC. the wait in the office is long, but she is so thorough she is well worth the wait. I am a RN and I have very high expectations for all of my healthcare providers. I travel 25 miles for an appointment with her.

waited for 45 minutes only to be left in a check up room and see the nurse for 5 minutes then i had to wait another 30 minutes for dr kassenoff to stroll in with a medical student and drag the visit out for another 35 minutes explaining procedures. was a big waste of almost 2 hours...

Dr. Kassenoff is the Dr. I've been waiting for! After being misdiagnosed for several years by a former doctor, she finally got down to the bottom of my health issues. I feel EXTREMELY comfortable being in her hands. My first time at her office I waited a while in the waiting area... however she was well worth the wait AND she spent. A lOT of time with me for my first visit. So for all of you inpatient patience saying the wait is ridiculous... aren't you happy that there is a doctor out there who devotes TIME to her patients??? Love Dr. Kassenoff AND the women up front!!!

My appointment was for 10:00am and didn't see the doctor until 11:30. Everyone's time is valuable. Make sure you have no place else to be if you come here.

Perhaps more time should be allowed between patients. This would reduce the wait time in the waiting room and in exam room. When the Dr sees you she spends time to listen to your concerns and explains plan of care.

I have been a patient of Dr Kassenoff for a few years, even followed her when she moved to Forked River from Toms River. Today I had an appointment for my bronchitis. I woke up and my chest was hurting much more than when the doctor saw me Monday. When I arrived I informed the staff my insurance has changed but I do not have my card but I have all my paperwork stating my policy number and all information they would need to verify my enrollment. I was told, no card you can't see the doctor. I tried to explain I needed to see the doctor to make sure my bronchitis hadn't turned into pneumonia. I proceeded to call my insurance and verify my enrollment and my insurance said they would gladly speak to the staff. When I went up to the staff and told them I had my insurance on the phone she looked at me and said. I don't talk to insurance on the phone. I asked if they would let Dr Kassenoff know I was here and if I could talk to her. I waited for 15 min and then the staff called me… over to her and said Dr Kassenoff said there is nothing she could do without a card. First off, where's the bed side manner or the courtesy of a patient you have known for years. Dr Kassenoff, I am shocked and very disappointed in you.

Appointment time was 3:30 didn't see Dr until 5. Apparently my time is not important.

I've been with Dr. Kassenoff for years now, and I would travel almost anywhere in Central New Jersey to stick with her. She's the best doctor I've ever had. She listens to me, is down to earth and conscientious.

Dr Kassenoff and all the staff at Howell Family Walk-In Llc are to be congratulated. Their interest in my early pregnancy concerns and their willingness to take me seriously by ordering the necessary work really made a difference and helped to ease my mind. Thank you for putting your patient first!
