Dr. Lisa Stehli Kelly, MD

I have been taking my children to see Dr. Kelly for a few years now and we are very happy with her. She is very easy going, so as not to over-react or "rattle" parents, but she also knows when to be direct and clear with her guidance. When my child was struggling with a mystery illness, I felt that she was responsive and helpful in resolving it (which we did). The office structure does make it hard to actually get in contact with her, short of requesting an appointment, but I have never had trouble getting in to see her. She often runs late, but that is likely a function of how much time she takes to answer questions. We are very pleased with our experience with Dr. Kelly.

We have seen multiple pediatricians around the globe and Lisa Kelly is our favorite. She has been able to pin point medical issues that no other pediatrician could. Thank you Dr. Kelly!

We left after 1 appointment...they had us sign an insurance waiver to use their lab after bragging about how wonderful it was...we went to have the lab work, and after waiting, there was a lab fee personally paid that we were not told about. Their lobby is littered with sign about all the 'new fees' for this that an the other. I can get fees for 'no shows'...or something that takes a lot of time. This place takes the cake! Just no more cake from me. We originally signed up for another doctor at this practice....the complaint applies to all because you can't rate the practice. The only way to let people know how bad the practice fee structure is, is by the laborious commenting process on each of the member doctors. The main complaint is about the practice that they have for fees!!!! Extra FEES everywhere!!! They will nickel and dime you (25-50 dollars for everything extra). They get you to use their lab because they can get you the results quickly. When you go downstairs,… there's an extra fee for using their lab (on top of the payments that you must make for lab fees- on the high end to start with). RIDICULOUS... we will not be back. Especially since the staff was as best curt in greeting and dispensing of business tasks.
