Very rude and no manners

She has diagnosed and resolved every issue of mine. She is very honest and tough on you if don't listen. She makes sure that her patients are well treated. Love her!!

Be vary wary of the front staff and office manager. They do not help you if you have a situation. They did not even allow me to speak with the doctor, and were giving me false information after false information. They do not even look at insurance correctly, and will give you a hefty bill.

Dr. Kim is, in my opinion, very thorough in her diagnoses and takes the time to analyze my conditions. One drawback, however, is that she talks too much and doesn't give me the necessary time to explain my problems thoroughly. Otherwise I would recommend her very highly to anyone in need of her services.

It is unfortunate that Dr. Kim's reception staff does not follow her kind character.I arrived for my appointment and the man at the desk told me that my appointment was next week. I clearly made an appointment the pervious day over the phone. They made a mistake with thier scheduling. As I was waiting one of the staff members asked me "Are you sick?". Of course! That is why I came to the Doctor! They then told me that I would have to wait (since they made the mistake in scheduling me, they were going to fit me in an empty time slot). Dr. Kim: Please hire a new staff that keeps your patients and does not turn them away!

She is a caring physician who takes the time to explain exactly what she is doing and why.
