Dr. Koche has been most helpful with her listening skills. I was recently advised on a regimen of preventative care and have found her prescribed course of action to be a significant improvement over my prior treatment plan ...which was reactionary in nature.

I came to Dr. Lisa and her staff after going the traditional medical route with little luck in getting to the root cause of my 2 AI diseases. I was seeing 5 specialists and going through hoops to get RX refills, or being told I needed more meds. Dr. Lisa has gone above and beyond in putting my physical and mental health first. She has squeezed me in during emergencies and I can't wait to get back to my old self with this team's help! For the first time in years, I have hope again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have been seeing Dr Koche for 10 years. She is awesome and I always feel better just from visiting, before even getting her recommendations. I truly feel like she is vested in my wellness as much as I am. It can be hard to reach the office on the phone but there is huge demand and the online portal is very useful. I know Dr Koche and her staff take me seriously and work hard to resolve my issues.

Though Dr. Koche was pleasant ...I felt pressured to purchase other supplements which I did not want do with Dr. Springer. The office staff is totally awful. I couldn't get them to call me back in regards to a simple medication. I informed them that I was in a lot of pain and really needed to get help from the doctor. I called back multiple times and was informed the doctor would eventually get to back with me. I waited for days with no response. Simply horrible ...I will find a better doctor.
