Very friendly and communicative with me, very understanding about treatment options. I believe Dr. Kroopf is a very determined doctor to get the pain gone and the help needed for any Patient.

My first visit with Dr. Kroopf was a fantastic experience. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She gave me hope that I can get relief from the chronic pain I have endured for the past eleven years. I look forward to seeing her again!

Working with Dr. Kroopf has been a great experience. She is kind, professional, on top of her game with technology and medications. She replaced my spinal cord stimulator implant battery and leads.The healing time was minimal and the unit is working perfectly. My introduction and first visit to Dr. Kroopf (Dr. K) was uplifting. After getting a diagnosis 10 months ago and seeing several Drs I was still in pain with a damaged hamstring and not much further along – that is until I was referred to Dr. K. She listens, is empathetic, asks intelligent questions, and makes appropriate suggestions for treatment. She carried out a physical exam. She took the time to present treatment options and we made a plan to see which approach would work best; and we are following the plan she laid out. I highly recommend Dr. K.

I am so grateful that I found Dr. Kroopf! Her knowledge, confidence, and sincerity shine through in everything she does. Dr. Kroopf LISTENS, EXPLAINS, and SUGGESTS options and treatments with straightforward clarity. Dr. Kroopf is young and up on the latest technology and treatments backed by science. Have you ever been shown the actual pictures from your MRI rather than just reading the little paragraph on the "report?" Dr. Kroopf takes the time to explain in understandable terms and answer any questions you may have. Furthermore, I have never felt like a hostage jumping through hoops to get my prescriptions. Dr. Kroopf's wonderful staff reflect her kind, professional, and excellent people skills and follow-through.

Dr. Kroopf is now our pain management doctor for our whole family! She does the ablations, pain shots and pain medications for my elderly parents, my brother and myself. I also get Botox shots for my Migraine headaches and am almost headache free!! Dr. Kroopf listens attentively to your pain problems then addresses your pain issues in an efficient, caring manor. We like her & her staff very much!!

This doctor cares more about money than patient well-being. Started me on pain meds and then when I decided not to pursue an invasive procedure thru her office, she cut me off my pain meds cold turkey. Horrible patient advocacy. Her assistants run the show there, so good luck getting the doctor on the phone. Total FAIL.

Appointment was canceled, then re activated then. Hanged and finally ater 1/2 hour wait, canceled again because my Medicare card (having been lost when my purse was stoken),was a copy And they coukd NOT waait gor a nee onbto arive.

Office staff and Dr. K. have provided me with helpful, noninvasive treatments that have made a real difference in my pain management. This team takes the time to thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of all treatment options. I have confidence in the decisions she helps to guide me through.
