Went for my first colonoscopy. Very good with explanations and loved the facility where it was performed.

Terrible central operators & automatic long hold, long hold after info-“can’t locate” Dr. L staff- return call same day (none x3)or NEXT day. Bxs almost 2 weeks without results...

Dr. Lestina is one of the nastiest individuals that I've encountered in the medical field. I have not found her to be knowledgeable but she certainly thinks that she's the cats meow.

After many calls/attempts to get the office staff to schedule an appointment I gave up! This office deserve zero stars for their inferior customer service.

I had a very positive experience. Dr. Lestina was very professional, thorough in describing the test results and giving me the appropriate amount of time. I would & have referred other patients to her.

Dr. Lestina was very nice, however her staff was rude, condescending and very impatient. This is a poor example of how a medical practice should be run. Go somewhere else.

It is absolutely impossible for me to get an appointment. The staff is usually rude and does not understand that I cannot be at my phone 24/7.However, she is very commmitted to finding a diagnosis. It has been over a year of tests and procedures, and she still has not given up on trying to find out what's wrong with me.

Dr Lestina was recommended to me by a new Family Physician - after 20 years of going to Gastro Dr's on and off for stomach and colon problems with no results other than IBS - She was able to discover that I had been suffering from Crohn's Disease. Yeah, right! We've tried several medications and for the most part have it under control, but when seeing her in the office she has time for her questions and medical evaluation but no time for patient understanding or questions. She refers you to an assistant Laurie - who also needs some help in talking with patients. She has a very whiny voice and is condescending.
