Dr. Lisa Marcia Levheim, MD

Great staff but a bit understaffed at the moment

Dr. Levheim is very nice and knowledgeable. I feel she went above and beyond to get to know me and any medical conditions I have. She made me feel like a person and not a number. I've had doctors that gave me 15 mins tops and she gave me at least 40 mins. I think shes wonderful and very thorough. I felt very comfortable and not rushed at all.

I have not seen the doctor yet but I tried to make one due to High Blood pressure. The woman on the phone did nothing to help me get in ASAP. She kept on giving me appointments during the late morning hours and I kept telling her I work during those times. She more or less said I don't know what you want me to do - REAL NICE haven't even been there yet and already don't like it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Levheim is awesome. She is caring and supportive. She has helped me with so many issues. I went to her office the other day with a laundry list of questions. She was IN the room with me for about 45 min. It was great. Her office staff is sooooo caring and supportive. I have had a couple of problems with scheduling appointments and miss communication with the office staff, but it was when they were changing over to a digital records system. When I called to make an appointment my options were in 2 days or a month away. This was only because Dr. Levheim was going away on vacation that month.
