Dr. Lisa Lih-Brody, MD

Dr Brody literally saved my life on more than one occasions! She's brilliant, caring, thorough, compassionate & kind. At times the office staff was not up to par however she has no control over that ... it's dictated by Pro Health! I strongly & highly recommend Dr Brody & if I still lived in New York I would still want her to be my doctor. The wait times can often be long - but I assure you she's worth the wait! God bless her for saving my life & going above & beyond any doctor ever has for me!!

I have been with Dr.Lisa Brody for over 21 years now. I came from Brooklyn and did not have a gastro doctor when I was in need after having 4 children. She was referred to me by primary office at Prohealth. She is very caring and takes the time to listen to your needs. Explains everything she will do before your procedure and follows up after. I absolutely love her. I am not sure if she is taking on new patients but would recommend her if in need. Laura M

I have called there many times but no one received the call. Then I left a message still no answer. Then I called again that same old recording was there. I wonder if her secretary ever takes any call.

Dr. Brody is truly the best in every way. She takes her time with all her patients and truly cares. As far as her staff I have never had any problem with Nichole she is always friendly and helps me with any questions I may have. Dr. Brody has returned every phone call I have made to her and also called me with any results right away in over 15 years that I have been going to her. The staff in the prep room for the procedures are amazing. Love them all. Would not go any where else.

I read the reviews and found it hard to believe that it was so difficult to get someone on the phone. Then I experienced it first hand. I spoke to Nicole once and she advised what I needed to do to be able to see the doctor. I complied with her direction by faxing required paperwork. I asked for confirmation of receipt and never got it. I called three more times requesting a call back with no response. Dr. Lin-Brody just lost another potential patient. Great job Nicole! NOT!!!

They never answer the phone. It is always a machine. Then it takes forever to hear back from them. Sometimes after a second or third message. Rude on the phone. The doctor never returns calls. Only her lacky which is not the same thing. They bill colonoscopy as an office visit instead of a well visit. This means the co-pay is done by the patient instead of being free. Just an awful experience. The doctor is good but the entire experience on a whole is horrible.

I love Dr. Lisa Lih Brody. But the staff at this office is AWFUL! Nichole who is the doctor's secretary is so rude and short. She is never available to return calls. It is always several hours later or 24 hours later.

I found Dr,. Brody to be a very nice, competent Dr but very hard to reach and she herself does not return phone calls if you have a medical question. Her secretary staff..very inefficient. Appointments extremely hard to make and no one every answers the phone. You have to leave a message and it could be days, if ever for them to return the call. Too frustrating for me as a patient to be teated this way. My husband and I am no longer a patient of hers and will seek a new Dr. Sorry to say as I did like her but too hard to deal with such inefficiency...
