I arrive 15 mins early as asked and 30 mins after the start of my appointment time the nurse calls me back. After getting vitals taken I wait another 20 mins for the doctor to come in and then she has the nerve to say I need to "be brief" and focus on "one thing" that's bothering me because she has a lot of patients to see. Mind you, my appointment was supposed to start nearly an hour ago! Then she doesn't listen to most of what I say and makes crazy assumptions about what's wrong based on nothing I've actually said. I will be looking for a new doctor, I've had enough of this rude doctor who seems bothered by being expected to do her job and treat patients with some sense of empathy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lyons for 4 years and will continue to be one. Dr. Lyons listens, which makes all the difference in the world. She listens when I speak, answers my questions regarding my health and medications and shows she cares about my well being. If you seek a kind, caring and compassionate doctor, then Dr. Lyons is your best option.

I have been suffering with IBS for a long time & no doctor has helped me except Dr. Lyons by perscribing Fluoxitine which has helped to calm it down. I'm also going for a Cat Scan which will get to the bottom of the source thanks to her . I feel very confident being her patient . Thanks Dr. Lyons
