Dr. Lisa Michelle Bresloff Norton, MD

I have been Dr. Norton's patient for over a year now, and she has always been extremely kind, patient, and makes you feel comfortable no matter the issue that's being discussed.

Dr. Norton is a gem. She always take her time and makes me feel comfortable asking questions. I have referred my whole family to her.

I have been looking for a Doctor like Doctor Norton for a long time. She looks you in the eyes and explains everything. I feel really lucky to have found her.

I am writing this review about myself, as the 1 star review was bizarre and shocking and this website does not allow for rebuttals. As providers, we have no recourse against these types of reviews, that are made anonymously and are often extremely one-sided. It is possible that this individual posted a review regarding a different Dr. Norton, but there is no way to find out. So, in order for me to defend myself, I will post my own review. First of all, I have never "smelled" anyone and I have never commented on the way anyone smells (unless I am providing a complement on their perfume or cologne). Second of all, my patients who really know me tend to describe me as compassionate and knowledgeable. I take the time to listen to my patients' concerns and issues, as they are important to me. If I do not have enough time to cover all of their issues, I will schedule them for another appointment in the near future. If you had such a poor experience with me, why did you return 2… additional times? Why did you not complain to my supervisor? In all honesty, if this is truly a review about me, the negativity is most likely secondary to something that you requested that was not reasonable or feasible. Third of all, I drive 30 miles each way to provide care to my patients. I could easily work closer to my house, but I drive this distance because I care about my patients and I believe in the work that I do. I feel that it is an honor and a privilege to provide care to my patients. I love what I do and I love my patients. So, in summary, I greatly hope that this review was not actually meant for me. But, if it was, it was from a disgruntled patient who is not really providing a complete and accurate portrayal of what really occurred. Shame on you if this is the case. In a society where people feel emboldened to post negative reviews without recourse, I should have the ability to defend myself against these individuals. Luckily, they are few and far between, but it is always the disgruntled patients that are the loudest.

Dr. Norton is kind and compassionate. She takes the time that you need to listen to your concerns. She explains things well and answers questions appropriately. The 1 star rating was probably meant for a different doctor, as my doctor would never do those things

Not a good doctor, do not use her. I have never had such a bad doctor. Dr. Lisa B. Norton judges you to your face. Her bedside manner is NOT PROFESSIONAL. ONE EXAMPLE - she likes to smell you and confront you about it. Very strange to do that with patients. She doesn't understand sensitive patients. Her motivation for being a doctor is power over another human being. She doesn't treat your main issues, only issues she thinks are good. She literally also says a patient is taking too much of her time, in 3 times seeing her, each time she mentioned time, & was surprised patients stood up thinking time was up. Why mention it LISA? She likes to educate patients but in an unpleasant way, & of course nothing is ever her problem but yours. And she is never rude, it's your fault for thinking such things. She only treats people in a demographic she knows will never complain about her. Her reviews seem to be fake, getting 5 star reviews only after getting 1 star reviews. Pass on this doctor.
